One of the most common challenges municipalities face in green-space management has been delays in preparing and approving maintenance invoices. A recent update to Rooyan's Green Space Management System has fully automated this process.
Now, as soon as a supervisor approves a field operation, the system's smart engine checks the recorded volumes against the contract terms and the official green-space price list, and calculates the invoice — with final issuance no later than the 5th of the following month.
Alongside fewer financial disputes between municipalities and contractors, this has also noticeably shortened the time needed to settle accounts.
